Growth Function and Degradation Dynamics of One Phosphorus Degradation Bacterium

[Objective] The water of phosphorus pollution was mended by microbe.[Method]One bacterium could clean phosphor pesticides that were isolated and selected by the method of accumulation culture from the synthetic lake of Jilin agricultural university.[Result]After the strain was trained 0.5 d,the stable growth period reached,and pH reduced from 7.0 to 4.2.The disappeared process of phosphor accorded with first level reaction dynamics model Ct=C0e-kt,and the relevance modulus was 0.894 to 0.977.In the two group of sterilized and no sterilized,it made exterior activate energy reduce from 25.9 kJ/mol to 10.32 kJ/mol of no sterilized group.So it showed the characteristic of biotransformation.[Conclusion]The microbe could absorb phosphor,which had great value.
