Analysis on Characteristics of Temporal and Spatial Changes for Seasonal Precipitation In Liaoning Province

The climatic characteristics of precipitation in Liaoning province was diagnosed and analyzed. The result showed that the precipitation in Liaoning province showed seasonal variations. There were many obvious differences in flood season precipitation anomalies between eastern and western parts of Liaoning and the spatial distribution of precipitation anomalies in flood season had different phase distribution characteristics in different years. The characteristics of inter-annual variation and decadal variation were obvious for the precipitation in 4 seasons. The oscillation characteristics of 3 years in the four seasons were consistent and it showed more than 10 years periodic variation and 10-12 years periodic variation in summer to different degree.
