Study on SSR of Mutation of Kiwifruit Branches Induced by ~(60)Co-γ Radiation

[Objective] The aim was to provide the reference for the irradiation breeding of kiwifruit.[Method] 60Co-γ ray with 3 doses of 25,50 and 75 Gy were used to radiate the branches of different plants of 2 kiwifruit varieties,the genomic DNA of the tender leaves were extracted and the mutation effects after radiation were analyzed at the molecular level through analyzing the SSR polymorphism among the tender leaf DNA in different branches.[Result] The SSR polymorphism variation of the 2 varieties showed certain difference.The survival rate of the branches was different after they were treated by different doses of radiation.The SSR amplified band of the 2 kiwifruit varieties was increased obviously after radiation and the band was more obvious with the increase of the radiation dose,which exhibited that the SSR amplified band of the branches treated by 60Co-γ at 50 Gy was more than that treated by 60Coγ at 25 Gy.The SSR amplified bands of 'Heping hongyang' Actinidia chinensis were more than that of 'Heping No.1'Actinidia deliciosa.[Conclusion]The research laid the foundation for the study of the molecular mechanism for the irradiation breeding of kiwifruit.
