Study on Method of Pesticide Microemulsion Formulation Design

[Objective] The aim was to provide the scientific basis for improving the quality and performance of pesticide microemulsion.[Method] With the phase diagram of material system as breakthrough point and the basic theory of physical chemistry and colloid surface as the basis,the method of the optimum pesticide microemulsion formulation design was obtained by the method of phase diagram combined with orthogonal experiment.[Result] The optimum level of every factor was found according to the forming area of microemulsion region in the phase diagram and the infinite diluted region.Combining the optimum level of these factors,the content of each component forming optimum phase diagram was constituted.Then on this basis,the pseudo-ternary phase diagram under the condition of optimum component content was protracted in detail.The formulation of the final production was determined in the microemulsion region of the phase diagram according to the actual production.[Conclusion] The research laid the foundation for improving the technology of pesticide microemulsion in pharmaceutics,improving the quality and performance of pesticide microemulsion and popularizing the formulation in agricultural production.
