The Pathology Observation of the Dogs Infected Naturally by Canine Parvovirus

[Objective] The study was to improve success rate of treatment canine parvovirus and to reduce the blindness of clinical treatment.[Method]The experiment taken the diseased dogs infected by canine parvovirus as the research object,the morphologic of the viscera of the diseased dogs was studied.Firstly,diagnosed the diseased dogs with the CPV test paper,and observed the external pathological changes and then began the autopsy and observed the pathological changes of the visceras.[Result]The results indicated that the main tissue pathological changes included the necrosis,desquamation,collapse of the intestines mucous membrane and liver congestion,lung congestion,spleen necrosis,hemorrhagic lymphadenitis and hydrocephalus and non-suppurative encephalitis.The above pathological changes were analyzed and found that the main injurer including the damage of the intestine structure,lymphoid system and neural system.[Conclusion] The research has preferable guidance meaning for diagnoses and treatment of the canine parvovirus disease in clinic.
