Study on Growth Characteristics of PSB Group

WANG Su-lan et al (School of Water Conservancy and Enviromental Engineering,Zhengzhou University,Zhengzhou,Henan 450001)  
[Objective] The research aimed to study the growth and environmental conditions of PSBG and to provide the basis for the optimization of conditions for large-scale production.[Method] The growth of PSB group was studied with the different conditions of temperature,inoculation amount,illumination intensity and pH value.[Result] The best growth conditions of EPSBG were as follows: temperature of 30 ℃,illumination intensity of more than 1 000 lx,pH value of 7,and inoculation amount of 10%.[Conclusion] The illumination intensity,temperature and pH value influenced PSB group growth greatly,while the inoculation amount had little influence on PSB group growth.Lasting illumination was the most important condition of PSB group growth.
