Application of the HSC Analysis in Maize Breeding and Variety Evaluation in Mountainous Area

WU Xue-zhong et al(Bijie Seed Station,Bijie,Guizhou 551700)  
By using the HSC analysis,the results of the maize area test in west from 2003 to 2004 and the maize area test in special high altitude from 2005 to 2006 in Guizhou Province were analyzed.The results showed that HSC analysis could comprehensively reflect the advantages and disadvantages of the varieties,which was the important basis for the maize breeding and variety registration in mountainous areas.
