Study on the Optimum Condition of Extraction of Total Flavone in Lonicera japonica

SONG Lin-lin et al(Henan Institute of Science and Technology,Xinxiang,Henan 453003)  
[Objective] The aim was to study on the optimum extraction process for the total flavone from Lonicera japonica.[Method] Colorimetric method was used to determine the total flavone of Lonicera japonica.Orthogonal experiment was used for the study on the effects of ethanol concentration,volume,extraction time and temperature on extraction process of total flavone from Lonicera japonica.[Result] The optimum extraction process of total flavone from Lonicera japonica was 1∶27 solid-liquid ratio,70% ethanol and 3.5 h extraction time under 60 ℃.[Conclusion] This extraction process was simple,stable and efficient,which offered basis for the effective use of Lonicera japonica.
