Effects of Salt Stress on the Population Quality,Yield and Protein Content in Wheat Cultivar Ningyan 1

SHEN Yu-xiang et al (Department of Chemistry and Biotechnology,Yancheng Technology College,Yancheng,Jiangsu 224002)
The planting test of wheat in soil with different salt content showed that salt stress led the population quality of wheat to get bad.Dry matter accumulation after anthesis, leaf area index of population and filling speed decreased under salt stress, which led to the decrease of three yield factors and the yield. With the increasing of salt concentration in soil, the contents of grain protein and each component in wheat increased and the accumulation amount of grain protein in wheat decreased.
