Study on the Feasibility of Agricultural Land Consolidation Project Based on Comprehensive Evaluation Method

In order to raise the comprehensive utilization efficiency of capital and avoid the resources waste brought by the blind agricultural land consolidation,taking the land consolidation project of Muchuan County as an example and using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,the key evaluation indices were screened out and their weights were confirmed on the basis of the overall analysis of the effects of different factors on the feasibility of agricultural land consolidation project.And two evaluation index systems of cost and benefit were constructed.Finally,the feasibility of agricultural land consolidation project was quantitatively evaluated by using comprehensive evaluation method so as to perfect the evaluation method of agricultural land consolidation project.
