Effects of Bagging and Treatments of Sugar Increasing Substance on Fruit Quality of Apple-pear

[Objective] The research aimed to perfect the technique of producing high quality apple-pear.[Method] The effect of different planting measures on fruit quality was studied using apple-pear as material.[Result] The content of soluble solid,soluble sugar in fruits decreased and reducing sugar,soluble sugar-acid ratio significantly decreased through bagging.The titratable acid and Vc content were significantly higher than those of the control.The average weight per fruit decreased.The coloring index was twice more than that before bagging treatment.And the sugar increasing substance were applied to increase the contents of solubl solids,sugar,acid,sugar-acid ratio and fruit's size.[Conclusion]Sugar increasing substance and bagging treatment could significantly improve the outside quality and inside quality of fruits of apple-pear.The best one was sugar increasing substance of 'bidaqi' and bagging treatment.
