Effects of Nitrogen Rates,Density and Seedling Age on Dry Matter Accumulation of No-tillage Rape Seedling

[Objective] The experiment was aimed to find a proper nitrogen rate density and seedling age of rape under no-tillage cultivation condition in paddy field.[Method] The method of the best design two returns saturated D-optimal for three factors was used to design 310 scheme to study the effects of nitrogen rate density and seedling age on dry matter accumulation of no-tillage rape in seedling stage.[Result] The dry matter accumulation of no-tillage rape in seedling stage increased firstly then declined with the increases of nitrogen rate density and seedling age.The change of nitrogen rate generated bigger influence on dry matter accumulation than that generated by density and seedling age.The interaction effect between nitrogen rate and density was bigger than that between nitrogen rate and seedling age as well as density and seedling age.[Conclusion] Comprehensive consideration,when nitrogen rate was 195 kg/hm2,density was 93 000 plants/hm2 and seedling age was 33 d,the dry matter of no-tillage rape at seedling stage reached the highest value(4 768.215 kg/hm2).
