Study on Screening of Antibacterial Activity of Extracts from 28 Kinds of Plants in Jinggangshan Mountain

[Objective] The aim was to screen the non-pollution botanical fungicide.[Method] Tested with 28 kinds of plant extracts from Jinggang mountain,the biological activity of the extracts on several plant pathogens were detected.[Result] The inhibitory effect of Eupatorium chinense and Lauraceae reflexa extracts was best and they both have more than 60% inhibiting rates to three tested pathogens from the four ones at the concentration of 0.05 g/ml.The inhibition rate of Stachyurus himalaicus and Eupatorium japonicum extracts was above 60% to only one tested pathogen and that of the other plant extracts was all under 60% to all the tested pathogens.E.chinense extract had the best inhibitory effect to the spore germination of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. vasinfectum and the inhibition rate was above 70%,the antibacterial activity of the other plant extracts were poor and the inhibition rate were all under 60% at the concentration of 0.1 g/ml.[Conclusion] The E.chinense and L.reflexa extracts contained agricultural antibacterial composition and had wide antimicrobial spectrum,which could be used as non-pollution botanical fungicides.
