Effects of Phytase Added into Low Phosphorus Diets on Growth Performance and Digestibility of Broiler

YIN Hong-xuan et al(College of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine,Henan Agricultural University,Zhengzhou,Henan 450002)  
With 160 one-day-old Avian chickens as the tested materials,the effects of phytase(60 IU/kg) added in low phosphorus diets on their growth performance and nutrient digestibility were studied.The results showed that the phytase had no significant effects on daily weight gain,ratio of feed to weight gain and the digestibilities of crude protein and crude fat(P0.05),but it could increase the digestibilities of calcium and phosphorus in diet(P0.05).
