Application Prospect of Molecular Design Breeding in Brassica Napus L.

LIU Xun et al(College of Agronomy and Biological Science and Technology,Southwest University,Chongqing 400715)  
With the development of modern biotechnology,bio-informatics and computer science,more and more molecular information of plants was discovered,organized and used.The gene sequencing,molecular markers,quantitative trails locating,genetic mapping connected by bio-informatics were summarized in this essay.Meanwhile,new results and molecular information have continuously been discovered in rapeseed(Brassica napus L.).All these lay a solid foundation for molecular design breeding in rapeseed.
