Preparation of Biodiesel with Pistacia chinensis Oil Catalyzed by Compound Lipases

[Objective] The aim was to provide the basis for the preparation of biodiesel.[Method] With seed oil of Pistacia chinensis as the material and compound lipases as catalyst;,the biodiesel was prepared through transesterification of P.chinensis seed oil and ethyl acetate.The effects of different factors (ratio of compound lipases,molar ratio of methyl acetate to oil,organic solvent,reaction temperature,reaction time,organic base amount) on yield rate of biodiesel were studied.[Result]The yield rate of biodiesel increased rapidly before compound lipases ratio and reaction time reached the optimum(1∶5,15 h) condition,and then tended to be stable.And the yield rate of biodiesel increased rapidly before molar ratio of methyl acetate to oil,organic solvent,reaction temperature,organic base amount reached the optimum(1∶7,tert-butyl alcohol 5 ml,45 °C,10% of oil weight) condition,and then decreased sharply.[Conclusion]With seed oil of P.chinensis as the material,the yield rate of biodiesel was 54% under the optimum reaction condition.
