Extraction on α-linolenic Acid from Kiwifruit Seeds with Optimal Supercritical CO_2 Method through Uniform Design

Extracted α-linolenic acid from kiwifruit seeds with supercritical CO2 fluid extraction(SFE-CO2).The optimal process conditions were determined, that was extracting pressure of 32 MPa,extracting temperature of 38 ℃,extracting time of 90 min,temperature of separation pot Ⅰ of 45 ℃ with separation pressure of 7-8 MPa and temperature of separation pot II of 40 ℃ with separation pressure of 5-6 MPa,CO2 flow rate of 1.2-1.8 m3/h.Under the optimal process conditions,the average extraction rate of α-linolenic acid from kiwifruit seeds was 20.91%,and the amount of α-linolenic acid in mixed fatty acid from kiwifruit seeds reached 60.91%.
