Effects of High Temperature on Some Physiological Indices of Hydrangea macrophylla

XIN Ya-fen et al(Shanghai Vocational and Technical College of Agriculture and Forestry,Shanghai 201600)  
[Objective] The aim was to study the adaptability of Hydrangea macrophylla to high temperature.[Method] With 1 year old cutting seedlings as tested materials,25 ℃ as CK,their many physiological indices were determined under 25,30,35 and 40 ℃.[Result] The water contents of leaf treated under 30 ℃ for 3,6 and 9 d were 96.51%,94.12% and 93.81% of that in CK,that of leaf treated under 35 ℃ for 3,6 and 9 d were 91.80%,89.51% and 87.63% of that in CK and that of leaf treated under 40 ℃ for 3 and 6 d were 82.66% and 78.49% of that in CK.The chlorophyll contents of leaf treated under 30 ℃ for 3,6 and 9 d were 104.97%,101.67% and 113.48% of that in CK,that of leaf treated under 35 ℃ for 3,6 and 9 d were 79.01%,76.11% and 83.15% of that in CK and that of leaf treated under 40 ℃ for 3 and 6 d were 60.77% and 53.89% of that in CK.The MDA contents of leaf treated under 30 and 35 ℃ for 3,6 and 9 d were 170.97%,145.65%,161.82%,193.55%,178.27% and 178.19% of that in CK and that of leaf treated under 40 ℃ for 3 and 6 d were 361.29% and 297.83% of that in CK.[Conclusion] H.macrophylla should be planted in cool place with excellent ventilation.
