LIAN Yi-jun et al(College of Chemistry and Chemical engineering,Shihezi University,Shihezi,Xinjiang 832000)
[Objective]The aim was to research the effect of Elaeagnus angustifolia L.polysaccharides(EAPS) on immune functions of immunosuppressive mice.[Method]Taking cyclophosphamide as immunosuppressive agents to construct the immunosuppression model of mice, immune organs index was determined, carbon clearance experiment, serum hemolysin formation and delayed type hypersensitivity were carried out,the effect of Elaeagnus angustifolia L.polysaccharides on immune hypofunction mice was discussed.[Result]Elaeagnus angustifolia L.polysaccharides markedly increased the immunity function by increasing the spleen and thymus index of mice, increasing the phagocytosis of mononuclear phagocyte system, recovering the delayed type hypersensitivity of immunosuppressive mice and stimulating hemolysin formation.[Conclusion]Elaeagnus angustifolia L.polysaccharides can obviously increase the immunity function of mice.
