Determination of Biological Compatibility between Tween 80 and Beauveria bassiana Conidia

[Objective] The research aimed to screen out the best concentration of Tween 80.[Method]The biological compatibility of B.bassiana conidia and 11 kinds of Tween 80 was determined by germination conidial in nutritional liquid.[Result] The results showed that germination rates of Beauveria bassiana exceed 95% when the concentration of Tween 80 was 0.007 5%、0.025 0%、0.050 0% and 0.100 0%.[Conclusion]Tween 80 can be use in the compatibility experiment of B.bassiana if the concentration of Tween 80 is lower than 0.100 0%(including 0.100 0%).
