Study on Chemical Speciation and Pollution Characteristics of Heavy Metals in the Sediment of Aha Lake in Guiyang

QIN Fan-xin et al(Guizhou Provincial Key Laboratory for Information System of Mountainous Areas and Protection of Ecological Environment,Guizhou Normal University,Guiyang,Guizhou 550001)
Chemical speciation of Pb,Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn and Ni in the surface sediments of low water phase Aha Lake were determined by the Tessier sequential extraction method. The chemical speciation composition characteristics, pollution state of the heavy metals were discussed. The results showed that the Tessier method has better stability for heavy metals chemical speciation extraction of Aha Lake sediment. In the forms of the heavy metals,Pb,Zn,Fe,Mn and Ni were mainly associated with Fe-Mn oxide fractions except to residue fractions.Cu,however, was mainly associated with organic and residue fractions.Department of Lannigou pollution of heavy metals was more serious than the other place in sediments of Aha lake.
