Study on the Evaluation Method of Projection Pursuit Based on Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm

Based on the connotation of sustainable development,combining with evaluation goal demands and relative literatures,the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of water saving reform in irrigation area was proposed from five aspects of society,resources,economic,technology and ecological environment.The projection pursuit model was built to improve comprehensive evaluation.Artificial fish swarm algorithm was used to optimize the projection direction.Water saving reform benefit could be scientifically evaluated according to the project values.It showed that the technology avoided the subjective determination weight by experts and the results were objective and accurate,if the method was used in the water saving reform projection benefit evaluation in Guanzhong large-scaled irrigation area.The method was simple and accurate and it provided a new way for comprehensive reform evaluation.
