Preparation and Selective Adsorption Study on the Molecular Imprinted Polymeric Microspheres of Felodipine

[Objective] Using Felodipine(Felodipine,FP) as a template molecule,synthetic felodipine molecularly imprinted polymeric microspheres(Molecularly Imprinted Polymeric Microspheres(MIPMs).[Method] Study on suspension polymerization synthesis of molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres and felodipine molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres choose adsorption characteristics whether greater than the traditional Polymerization of Molecularly Imprinted Polymer selective adsorption through Scatchard equation.[Result] The use of molecularly polymeric microspheres synthesized by suspension polymerization had higher selectivity.[Conclusion] In the medicine,the suspension polymerization was expected to substitute for the traditional molecular imprinting polymerization to be applied to clinical testing.
