Study on the Technology of Compound Healthy Antipyretic Beverage of Honeysuckle,Chrysanthemum and Liquorice

[Objective]The study aimed to discuss the optimum technological condition for preparing the compound health care herbal tea beverage of honeysuckle,chrysanthemum and liquorice.[Method] The best extracting conditions for preparing the juices of honeysuckle,chrysanthemum and liquorice were obtained through the orthogonal experiment resp.With the juices of honeysuckle,chrysanthemum and liquorice and citric acid and white granulated sugar content as the factors and the sensory value such as the appearance,color,smell and taste as the indexes,the optimum formula of this compound beverage was obtained through orthogonal experiment.[Result] The best extracting conditions for preparing the honeysuckle juice was the adding water volume by 40 times,temperature of 90 ℃,time of 30 min,that for chrysanthemum was the adding water volume by 60 times,temperature of 90 ℃,time of 30 min and that for licorice was the adding water volume by 10 times,temperature of 90 ℃,time of 4 h.The optimum formula of this compound beverage was the honeysuckle liquor of 20%,chrysanthemum liquor of 15%,the licorice liquor of 10%,the white granulated sugar of 10% and the citric acid of 0.12%.[Conclusion] This product was gold-yellow with equal uniformity and refreshing taste,which had the naratural flavor of honeysuckle,chrysanthemum and liquorice.
