Study on the Preparation and in vitro Antioxidative Activity of Pholiot anameko Polysaccharide

The polysaccharide was extracted from Pholiota nameko by using ultrasound-assisted extraction under the conditions of ultrasonic time of 16 min, extraction temperature of 75℃, ultrasonic power of 700 W, and material-liquid ratio of 1:30. Under these conditions, the yield of polysaccharide from Pholiota nameko was measured as 9. 17%. The antioxidant activities of polysaccharide from Pholiota nameko were discussed. The hymolysis of red blood cells by itself and H2O2 induced hemolysis were used to evaluate Pholiota nameko polysaccharide antiox- idation capability. The test results showed that polysaccharide from Pholiota nameko could obviously inhibit the the hemolysis of red blood cells by itself and H2O2 induced hemolysis. And it had a protective effect on erylhrocytes.
