Analysis of Multiple Time Scale on Land Quantity in China

LIU Zhi-ling et al(Nantong Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources,Nantong,Jiangsu 226006)
The concrete steps of EMD method were introduced briefly. The EMD method was applied to the fluctuation of land quantity in china and the analyses of multiple time scale in driving force since from 1949,and the fluctuated rules of land quantity were revealed.Meanwhile, according to the fluctuation from different time scale which was decomposed, the qualitative forecast of fluctuated tendency on future land quantity in china was analyzed, and the modeling basis was offered for building prediction model of land quantity. The results showed that,it was inevitably that the land quantity in china continued to decrease in the future, and it was considered that it were decreased by index form in the short time. With the government paid more attention to the issues of decreasing land rapidly, and a series of land adjustment policies were promulgated and implemented, the situation will be improved.
