Study on the Ultrafine Pulverizing Technology of Grape Seeds by Airflow Pulverizer System

[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the optimum conditions for pulverizing grape seeds.[Method] Ultrafine grape seeds powder was prepared by Minitype Airflow Pulverizer System under different conditions.Also its particle size was tested by Laser Diffraction Particle Size Analyzer.Combined single factor test with orthogonal test,main factors such as work quality pressure,sorting frequency,grinding times and feed-in quantity that affected the particle size distribution were discussed.Grape seeds powder was observed by microscope to calculate the cell-wall breaking ratio.[Result] The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: work quality pressure of 0.8 MPa,sorting frequency of 30 Hz,feed-in quantity of 90 g and grinding one time.D50(median diameter) and D95(integral distribution 95% diameter) were 15.61 and 25.65 μm respectively.The cell-wall breaking ratio was more than 95%.[Conclusion] The ultrafine grape seeds powder was prepared by Minitype Airflow Pulverizer System.
