Study on the Antifungal Activity of Strain Fermentation Products of Actinomycetes GZ933

[Objective] The paper aimed to determine the vitro of fungicidal activity of GZ933 strain fermentation products.[Method] Bioactivity of strain fermentation products to plant pathogen determined by methods of inhibit mycelial growth rate and spores germination.[Result] Fermentation products had high inhibition against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,Phytophthora.capsici and Botrytis cintrea respectively.And the EC_ 50 values was 183.96,128.43 and 117.39 mg/L;the spore germination experiments exhibited that the fermentation products of GZ933 had high inhibition against Pseudoperonospora cubensis and Blumeria guaminis,and the EC_ 50 values was 133.46 and 188.73 mg/L.[Conclusion] GZ933 fermentation products had intensive antifungal activity against plant pathogens and had the best worthiness of popularization and application.
