Evaluation and Analysis for Content of Amino Acid in Sweet Gynostemma pentaphyllum Makino

[Objective] The study aimed to evaluate and analyze the content of amino acid in sweet Gynostemma pentaphyllum Makino' leaves.[Method] Taking the leaves of sweet Gynostemma pentaphyllum Makino as raw materials,the contents of amino acids in sweet Gynostemma pentaphyllum Makino was detected by the automatic amino acid analyzer,and the composition of amino acids was analyzed.[Result] The contents of total amino acids in sweet Gynostemma pentaphyllum Makino was higher,included all kinds of human essential amino acids and the proportion was appropriate,SRC was 71.61.In all kinds of human essential amino acids,the first limiting amino acid was Met + Cys.[Conclusion] Sweet Gynostemma pentaphyllum Makino,leaves is natural foods,which has a high nutritional value and health effects.
