Effects of Cu and Butachlor Pollutions on Soil Respiration Strength

[Objective]The aim was to discuss the interaction of combined pollution by heavy metals Cu and butachlor on effecting soil respiration and the effects of combined pollution and single pollution on soil respiration.[Method]The soil respiration strength was measured by indoor closed culture alkali liquor absorption method for 24 h.2 factors and 4 levels were used in the completely combination test scheme design, in which,the quality concn.of butachlo were 0,10,100,200 mg/kg and that of heave metals were 30,60,100,160 mg/kg,there were 16 treatments in total.[Result]The effects of heavy metals Cu and butachlor on the soil respiration strength were changed with the changing of the pollution concn.in the culture stage.When the Cu ion was at 0-100 mg/kg,the respiration strength of soil microorganism was increased gradually under the carbon butachlor existing.When the Cu ion with high concn.was existed,the change of soil respiration strength mainly depended on the toxicity effect of Cu ion and the CO_2 release amount was obviously lower than that of CK.[Conclusion]The effect of combined pollution by heavy metals Cu and butachlor on soil respiration strength showed the antagonistic effect.When the Cu ion concn.was higher,the change of combined pollution on the soil respiration was mainly depended on the Cu ion.
