Determination of Residues of Organophosphorus in Sugarcane by FID/GC

[Objective] The study aimed to establish a rapid,brief,accurate method to detect organophosphorus residues.[Method] The method of FID/GC to detect phorate and terbufos in sugarcane were established.[Result] Concentration of phorate and terbufos and peak area showed a good linear relationship concentration when the phorate concentration was 0.80-3.20 μg/ml and terbufos concentration was 0.96-3.20 μg/ml;recovery of standard addition was 81.58%-84.77%,RSD was 4.69%-6.68%.[Conclusion] Method of FID/GC easy to operate,and which can satisfy the requirements of residues analysis.
