Research on the Optimization of Submerged Fermentation Medium for Pleurotus eiorinopi E Culturing

[Objective] The reference for the submerged fermentation of Pleurotus eiorinopi E was provided through the study on the preparation of the best medium for its culturing.[Method] Based on the single factor experiment and orthogonal test,the optimal medium suitable for Pleurotus eiorinopi E mycelium growth and the production of exopolysaccharide was determined.[Results] The optimized medium formula of Pleurotus eiorinopi E mycelium growth was as follows: the potato juice,20.00%;the glucose,1.00%;the sugar,1.00%;the beef extract,0.15%;the peptone,0.15%;NaCl,0.01%;the potassium dihydrogen phosphate,0.15%;the magnesium sulfate,0.075% and VB1,0.001%.The formula of the medium suitable for the production of exopolysaccharide was as follows: the potato juice,20.00%;the glucose,1.50%;the sugar,1.50%;the beef extract,0.10%;the peptone,0.10%;NaCl,0.03%;the potassium dihydrogen phosphate,0.15%;the magnesium sulfate,0.075% and VB1,0.001%.[Conclusion] The different media could be used for the various purposes in Pleurotus eiorinopi E culturing.
