Study on Matrix Formula of Cotton Seedling Raising with Transplanting Vector and Antagonist

[Objective] The research aimed to improve the technique system of cotton seedling raising with transplanting vector and antagonist.[Method] Cotton seedling emergence rate was used as a measure index.Even-design solution was adopted.The consequence of all treatments was simulated by quadratic polynomial.And optimization solution was adopted.[Result] Satisfactory formula was as follows:X1 69.72%,X2 30.82%,X3 2.31%,X4 1.59%,X5 0.25%.Thus,the seedling emergence reached 81.63%.[Conclusion] Uniform design method for the screening matrix formulations could significantly improve test efficiency and reduce testing costs,come to a more satisfactory formula in ensuring complete dragging rate,water retaining property and other key performance.
