Ultrasound-assisted Extraction Technology of Anthraquinones In Aloe vera

[Objective] Effects of the ultrasonic-assisted extraction on anthraquinones in Aloe vera were studied,and the optimal extraction conditions were determined. [Method] Through the single factor experiment,the effects of the ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic power and sulfuric acid hydrolysis time on yield rate of anthraquinones in Aloe vera were studied,at this basis,the optimum extraction technological parameters were determined by orthogonal experiments. [Result] The optimum technological parameters of extracting anthraquinones were showed as following: ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic power and sulfuric acid hydrolysis time were 60%,1∶25,300 W and 40 min respectively.Under these conditions,the extraction rate conld reached to 6.41 mg/g. [Conclusion] Ultrasonic technology could save the extraction time and improve the efficiency of extraction on anthraquinones in Aloe vera,so it was worth to be spread and applied.
