The Effect of Lead on Metal Elements and Other Elements in Perennial Ryegrass

[Objective]The aim was to study the effect of lead on metal elements and other elements in perennial ryegrass.[Method] Relation between Pb content and K,Na,P and Cl content which were in the same tissue of root,leaf and leaf sheath of control and treated perennial ryegrass were observed by SEMEDAX.[Result] The study showed that there was a negative correlation between K,Na,P and Cl content and Pb content.[Conclusion] Fertilizing could improve the ability of accumulating lead,then it promoted the absorption and accumulation of lead in plant.
