Application of Remote Sensing Image Color Composite Based on Histogram Equalization

Remote sensing image color composite is a traditional means of remote sensing image enhancement based on the theory of color composite.So there are great limitations.A histogram equalization method was proposed for evaluating gray value for each pixel after histogram equalization.Multi-spectral remote sensing images were processed by this method,and then these improved images were changed into color composite images.The case analysis showed that this method was intuitive and effective,and it could acquire a better visual interpretation,and had some practicability.
