Drought Evaluation Index System Based on the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and Its Application in North China

Drought is one of the most severe meteorological disasters in China,the drought comprehensive evaluation index system can provide a good policy-making basis for the evaluation of drought.The existing indexes for drought evaluation are difficult for the universal application both in space and time.In order to solve the problem,Puyangqu Village Yellow River Irrigation Region was chosen as example,a drought evaluation comprehensive index system was established,and the method of analytic hierarchy process was used to decide the weight of each index.In the end,method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to comprehensively evaluate the drought,and get the result that the irrigation evaluation is better than meteorological one.The system and method could provide a certain academic support and policy-making reference for the comprehensive evaluation of drought in North China.
