Study on Extract of AIP and Scavenging Effects of DPPH Free Radical

TENG Dao-xiang et al (College of Mathematics and Physical Sciences,Xuzhou Institute of Technology,Xuzhou,Jiangsu 221008)  
[Objective]Polyphenols of Arctum lappa L were extracted and the antioxidant activity experiment was conducted.[Method]Polyphenols of Arctum lappa L was treated with processing method.And polyphenols were extracted.The effects of different concentration of AIP on cleaning DPPH free radical with EPR were studied.[Result]The concentration of AIP was the highest after soaking of Vc.There was dose-effect relationship between the concentration and the scavenging effects.EC50 was 202.04 μg/ml.[Conclusion]AIP after soaking of Vc had obvious effect on cleaning DPPH free radical within concentration limits.EPR technique was rapid and sensitive.
