Analysis on precipitation Causes in June in Linyi

GAO An-chun et al (Linyi Meteorological Bureau of Shandong Province,Linyi,Shandong 276004)
Some special years were identified by using the Linyi precipitation in June and NCEP /NCAR data in the same periods:the frequency of June-rainy Year is equal to that of Drought Year, the index of flood is above that of drought. The key area that has influence on precipitation in Linyi is in the east of Chinese land, foreland,Aleutian Islands and Bering Strait. When the height in these areas is higher (or lower) than average years, the June precipitation in Linyi is more (or less);the weather situation of June-rainy Year can be divided into three patterns.Namely, the south through and north ridge type, two ridges and one through type, and Baikel lake high pressure ridge type, the former one is the common form of precipitation in North China, while the latter two are the common weather conditions during the rainy season in Jianghuai region.
