Research Progress of Bioethanol from Jerusalem Artichoke

ZHANG Mei-de(Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Process,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Qingdao,Shandong 266101)  
Research progress of bioethanol from jerusalem artichoke on aspects of fermentation,culture and harvest were reviewed.Advantages as well as problems in ethanol production from jerusalem artichoke were also analyzed.
