Experimental Research on the Anti-fatigue Function of Rhodiold sachlinensis A·Bor in Mice

[Objective]The aim was to study the effect of anti-fatigue function of Rhodiold sachlinensis A·Bor in Kungming male mice.[Method]A total of 40 Kungming male mice,25-31 g in weight,were randomly divided into high,middle and low doses(2.5,5.0,10.0 g/(kg·bw)) groups and CK group.High,middle and low doses groups of Rhodiold sachlinensis A·Bor were administered to the mice for three weeks,with feeding the deionized water as CK group.The climbing time in each group of mice were measured after 10 d.The swimming time,hepatic glycogen content and Muscle glycogen content,in each group of mice were measured after three weeks.[Result]Compared with the CK group,in the test group with low,middle and high doses of Rhodiold sachlinensis A·Bor,the climbing time and swimming time was significantly increased (P0.01); Compared with the CK group,in the test group with low,middle and high doses of Rhodiold sachlinensis A·Bor,the hepatic glycogen content was significantly prolonged (P0.01).Moreover,compared with the low group,in the test group with middle and high doses of Rhodiold sachlinensis A·Bor,the hepatic glycogen content was significantly increased (P0.05);Compared with the CK group,the group of high doses of Rhodiold sachlinensis A·Bor,the muscle glycogen content was significantly prolonged (P0.01),the group of middle doses of Rhodiold sachlinensis A·Bor,the muscle glycogen content was significantly increased (P0.05).[Conclusion]Rhodiold sachlinensis A·Bor had the anti-fatugue function in mice.
