Study on Process of Extracting Flavonoids from Zingiber officinale Rosc. by Resolver Hot Method

GUO Ya-cui(The Secondary Vocational School of Quality and Technical Supervision in Jilin Province,Changchun,Jilin 130022)  
[Objective]The research aimed to establish a new method of extracting flavonoids from Zingiber officinale Rosc.to provide basis for defending the oxidation of flavonoids from Zingiber officinale Rosc.and new way of its industrial application.[Method]Taking the yield of flavonoids as index,the single factor and L9(33) orthogonal experiment were used to confirm the best process of extracting flavonoids from Zingiber officinale Rosc.by resolver hot method.[Result]The best process of extracting flavonoids from Zingiber officinale Rosc.by resolver hot method was as follow: ethanol concentration 70%,particle size 0.5 mm,extraction time 2.0 h.Under the best extraction process,the flavonoids yield was up to 92%.[Conclusion]The method of extracting flavonoids from Zingiber officinale Rosc.by resolver hot method have characteristics of the experiment set simple,the amount of organic solvent small,and lower energy consumable,and so on.So it has strong maneuverability.
