Effects of Different Proportions of Organic Fertilizer and Amendment on Soil Physicochemical Property and Enzymatic Activities

[Objective] The aim was to provide reference for quickly repairing degraded soil.[Method] Effects of different proportions of organic fertilizer mixed with amendment on soil physical and chemical properties and enzymatic activities of the polluted soil and the emptied soil in short-term were investigated in the greenhouse.[Result] Compared with the blank soil,the variation of nutrient and organic matter content of the polluted soil was not significant when used amendment only,and the effect was significant when used different proportions of organic fertilizer and amendment mixture;pH value and enzymatic activities of the polluted soil improved significantly with application of both amendment and different proportions of organic fertilizer and amendment mixture.However,the nutrient,organic matter and enzymatic activities of emptied soil improed significantly when used both amendment and different proportions of organic fertilizer and amendment mixture,and the proper pH value was achieved at the treatment of 20% organic fertilizer mixed with amendment.The best bulk density of two kinds of soil was achieved at the treatments of 10% and 20% organic fertilizer mixed with amendment,respectively.[Conclusion] Different proportions of organic fertilizer mixed with amendment are effective to improve the soil physical,chemical properties and enzymatic activities.
