Determination of the Residue of Chlorothalonil,Biphenyl and Cyfluthrin in Vegetables with Gas Chromatography

XIE Yan-li et al (Key Lab of Fine Chemistry of Hainan Province,Haikou,Hainan 570228)  
[Objective] The method of gas chromatography for the test of chlorothalonil,biphenyl and cyfulthrin in vegetable was developed.[Method] The vegetable sample was extracted with acetonitrile and purified with florisil,then,concentrated by an atomatic thickener,and finally,the content of the residue was analyzed with GC-μECD after its isolation in HP-1 capillary vessel column.[Results] The recovery range was 81.5%-110.1% with the coefficient of variation from 2.3% to 6.1%.The limits of the method varied from 0.000 14 to 0.002 60 mg/kg,required by the relevant standard.[Conclusion] The method was suitable for the detection of the residue from pesticide such as chlorothalonil and so on in vegetable,which was simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.
