Study of the Image Data Storage Technology Based on Oracle Spatial

NIU De-xue et al(Binzhou University,Automation Department,Binzhou,Shandong 256603)  
Based on the summary of the image data storage method,the storing image data technology is comprehensively studied and analyzed using the data type ORDSYS.ORDImage provided by Oracle interMedia component.The operation example on the integrative storage of coordinates,image and attribute data is given.And the indoor interpretation and draughting for significant independent features in the aerial topographic maps are realized by dint of this storage solution.
