Methods for Estimating Surface Total Solar Radiation Based on Elman Neural Network

HUANG Yan et al(School of Applied Meteorology,Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology,Nanjing,Jiangsu 210044)  
By establishing estimated model of Elman neural network for solar irradiance at the surface,meteorological data was used to train the neural network from 1971 to 1995 in Beijing,and data from 1996 to 2000 were estimated.The comparative analysis results indicated that the estimating method of surface total solar radiation had higher precision based on Elman neural network.
