Study Progress on the Tolerating and Accumulating Mechanism of Edible Mushrooms on Heavy Metals

ZHU Hua-ling et al(Tianjin agricultural College,Tianjin 300384)  
The possible mechanisms on edible mushrooms tolerating heavy metals were discussed from aspects such as the defense of the extracellular polymer,selective absorption of the cell membrane,the change of the enzymatic activity as well as the alexipharmic interaction of the metal sulfur protein.The mechanism on the edible fungus accumulating heavy metals was expounded from the views of biological adsorption of the cellular surface,growth necessary and "the first residence" distribution.
