Trajectory Planning and Motion Simulation of Rice Transplanter Transplanting Mechanism

According to its structure characteristics,the transplanting model was simplified,and then the method of velocity instantaneous center was adopted to calculate the insert rod end displacement and velocity equation of rice transplanting mechanism,the ADAMS software was used to construct the virtual prototype of the transplanting mechanism,simulate the end trajectory and displacement and velocity of inserted rod end,and then the displacement equation and velocity equation results were compared,which,on the one hand,verified the theoretical calculation accuracy and reliability,on the other hand verified the simulation correctness and feasibility,and provided the basis for subsequent design and manufacture of rice transplanting mechanism with four bar linkages.
