Response of Water Resources to Climate Change in Liaohe River Basin

SHENG Ye et al(Yancheng Meteorological Bureau,Yancheng,Jiangsu 224005)
The methods of singular value decomposition and MK test were adopted to process the monthly temperature and precipitation data of 45 stations as well as the monthly runoff data of 30 stations in Jilin Province from 1960 to 2000.Results showed that, the change of runoff amount was positively correlated with the change of precipitation, while negatively correlated with the change of temperature. Both precipitation and temperature had impact on water resources, the increase of temperature and the decrease of precipitation would result in the reduce of runoff amount.
