Research on the Time Sequence of the Reclamation of the Rural Habitat Area during the Implementation of the Overall Land Use Planning

[Objective] The purpose was to evaluate the villages that are determined to be reclaimed in the overall land use planning,to determine the time sequence of the reclamation of the rural habitat areas,and to provide support for the smooth implementation of the overall land use planning.[Method] The methodology adopted in this research is that establishing an index system for maturity degree evaluation of the rural habitat areas,through which the maturity degree of the reclamation of every village will be evaluated,and clustering analysis method will be used to categorize the time sequence of reclamation.[Result] The results showed that both the obvious differences among the 194 villages in Baodi district that are planned to be reclaimed and the index of the maturity degree is between 0.18-0.57,based on which those villages can be divided into 3 phases for reclamation,namely short-term,mid-term and long-term.[Conclusion] The study will provide an reference significance for the government decision during the implementation of the overall land use.
